Illegal immigration is simply 'share the wealth’ socialism and a CRIME not a race!

Obama replaces Andrew Jackson on the $20 Bill

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

The State of Arizona passed a law to uphold federal law and to protect their citizens but the liberal DC establishment, instead of supporting the right of Arizona to enact the legislation is acting full bore against them.

First, let’s get the media and open border politician's spin corrected.

There is nothing in the Arizona law contrary to Federal Law. The State of Arizona is acting in concert and protection of the the US Constitution and law.

Today, an article in David Horowitz’s blog describes it.

“ Tragically, the very powers that are Constitutionally supposed to protect America from foreign invasion are lined up to ruin her. It is already a felony to be in this country illegally, but the federal government, from the administrations of Ronald Reagan, George H. W. Bush, Bill Clinton, George W. Bush, and now Barack Obama, have obstinately refused to protect and secure our borders.”

It’s not the first time a president and his regime of these United States sided against a sovereign state, refusing to enforce federal law.

It’s not the first time a president acted outside of federal authority to distribute to his supporters the wealth and property of other Americans. Like Andrew Jackson, Obama the Democrat, is seeking his place at the bottom of the presidential history heap by disregarding the rule of law.

The question is, will the State of Arizona survive and and be allowed to protect it’s citizens, it’s culture, it's history, it’s laws.

Law, Law understood, and Law executed

This is the simple principle adopted by the Cherokee Nation, located in the NE corner within the State of Georgia, by 1819.

First was the Law. Then law must be understood by the people being ruled by it. But with no execution the law is empty and invites anarchy. When it becomes so complicated, no one understands it.

Seems simple enough, right? Not when special interests are regarded above the rule of law.

These Cherokee, many of them the half breed off spring of Scottish immigrants who fought for the Revolution, and members of the Ridge Party, named for Cherokee leader Major Ridge, had a Constitution copied after our US. Constitution, a legislature and courts. They were Christian, prosperous, independent, modern, and relied on nothing from the Federal government for their care. They had a Newspaper, the Cherokee Phoenix, distributed world wide, in the Queen’s English as well as the Cherokee Language. They named their children after founding fathers they regarded with the utmost respect: James Madison Bell, Benjamin Franklin Adair, and so on.

Home of Elias (Buck Watee) Boudinot,
editor of the Cherokee Phoenix, c. 1830, New Echota, Cherokee Nation.

After his election, Jackson pushed and signed the Indian Removal Act into law in 1830. The Act authorized the President to negotiate treaties to buy tribal lands in the east in exchange for lands further west, outside of existing U.S. state borders.

While not popular in the North, and opposed by Americans like Congressman David Crockett and Ralph Waldo Emerson , Jackson’s Indian Removal Act was popular in the South, where population growth and the discovery of gold on Cherokee land had increased pressure for removal of the Cherokee. The state of Georgia became involved in a contentious jurisdictional dispute with the Cherokees, culminating in the 1832 U.S. Supreme Court decision Worcester v. Georgia, which ruled that Georgia could not impose its laws upon Cherokee tribal lands.

Their own New England educated Cherokee attorneys fought and won the decision in the Supreme Court, which held the Cherokee Nation was indeed a ‘sovereign state’, who, as long as they held to Constitutional guidelines of federal law, could not be invaded or removed.

Jackson is often quoted regarding this decision, as having said, "John Marshall has made his decision, now let him enforce it!"

Of course, Jackson knew the Supreme Court has no power of enforcement; he as the top executive is responsible for that. He refused. Jackson was the ‘people’s president’, or so it’s said, representing American pioneers of simple means in the South and the movement west.
The citizens of Georgia, aided by their Militia, continued to move into modern, European styled Cherokee homes and productive plantations unimpeded by the Federal government. Those who objected, white and Cherokee within their territory, were jailed or killed.

The rule of law was ignored in favor of lining the pockets of the people who put Jackson in office and invaded the Cherokee Nation. The result was the forced removal on the ‘Trail of Tears’ of tens of thousands of Cherokee, other tribes, slaves and the white men who stood with them.

The Cherokee State was cleansed in favor of the invaders and stands as a stark historical reminder of the fragility of any state sovereignty.

No, there is no formal movement to replace Jackson with Obama on the $20 bill, that we know of. But there is a concerted effort by Obama and his squatter support squad of liberal socialists, some of them republicans, to destroy the right of any state to protect its citizens from invasion.

History does indeed repeat itself, if we allow it. Where will the good people of Arizona or any state, of all races, go if they are not allowed to enforce their laws?

"All Nations have their rises & their falls.
This has been the case with us.
Within the orbit the U. States move the States
& within these we move in a little circle,
dependent on the great center.
We may live this way fifty years and then we shall
by Natural Causes merge in & mingle with the U. States.......
Cherokee blood, if not destroyed,
will win its courses in beings of fair complexions,
who will read that their ancestors became civilized
under the frowns of misfortune
& the causes of their enemies." -

John Ridge , son of Major Ridge, letter to Albert Gallatin,
member of Thomas Jefferson's staff - February 27, 1826

Arizona stands up for America & the Heroes who did it

Governor Jan Brewer was in tune with the voters and signed the first bill in the USA by any state to enforce the law and try to do something about the invasion of her state for foreign national law breaking aliens.

Arizona State Senator Russell Pearce deserves the credit for crafting this bill and getting it through his state legislature.

Last night CBS did it's usual politically correct take on these events, but did inject this very important item.

Meet Steve Montenegro, himself an immigrant from El Salvador and now a member of the Arizona State Legislature. Here is a promising rising star that the GOP needs to promote!
Regarding the phony charge that all 'latinos' will be targets of this law.......

He shouldn't worry says Steve Montenegro, himself an immigrant from El Salvador and now a member of the State Legislature. Montenegro voted for the controversial immigration law which he says opponents are distorting.

"That it is a race issue, anti-Hispanic and anti-immigrant bill," Montenegro said. "It couldn't be farther from the truth."

What the bill does he says is give police another tool to fight crime that comes with the flood across the border.

"It's going crazy here," Montenegro said. "And the federal government time and again failed tremendously to protect its citizens and secure the border."
Last, but certainly not least is Arizona Rancher Bob Krentz, who recently lost his life on his own land to the hands of an illegal alien. It all changed when he died, people started caring and took action. Arizona took action.

The media didn’t talk much about his murder, but for some reason this time more citizens noticed. Too bad they didn’t notice sooner. And if and when some of the sleeping public, most who think there is an actual guarded fence on our border, finds out how costly and dangerous this invasion is, they’re not going to be happy.

R.I.P. Bob Krentz. You served your country more than you’ll ever know.

A must read on this legislation is given to us by John Lott, the premier researcher on the 2nd Amendment.
Fears of Arizona's Immigration Law Are Bogus

The Squatter Support Squad is on full alert, trying to destroy this law, and it should be noted...contrary to their 'unconstitutional' claim......that the new Arizona law does indeed follow federal law!

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

State and local law enforcement officials have the general power to investigate and arrest violators of federal immigration statutes without prior INS knowledge or approval, as long as they are authorized to do so by state law. There is no extant federal limitation on this authority. The 1996 immigration control legislation passed by Congress was intended to encourage states and local agencies to participate in the process of enforcing federal immigration laws. Immigration officers and local law enforcement officers may detain an individual for a brief warrantless interrogation where circumstances create a reasonable suspicion that the individual is illegally present in the U.S. Specific facts constituting a reasonable suspicion include evasive, nervous, or erratic behavior; dress or speech indicating foreign citizenship; and presence in an area known to contain a concentration of illegal aliens.

They’re back: A gallery of open-borders extremists; Update: May Day is Che Day; vandals strike AZ capitol

This morning there are calls from legislators & leaders of three states.....Utah, Minnisota and Ohio who want to inact a law like Arizonas!!

SACRAMENTO (CBS 5 / AP) Meg Whitman, the Republican front-runner in the California gubernatorial primary, said Tuesday that Arizona is taking the wrong approach to illegal immigration with its tough new law.

They don't have a word for 'mercy'

This is a must see video of armed Mexican drug runners invading the USA.
sent to us by our friends with the National Association of Former Border Patrol Officers.

A film crew is documenting the invasion and is warned by a local person of the dangers they risk, telling them, "They don't have a word for mercy".

The degradation of our border because of constant, heavy 'migrant' traffic continues.
A feud between the Departments of the Interior and Homeland Security over federal wilderness areas that constitute 40 percent of the nation's southern border has been undermining the mission of both agencies for nearly a decade. This adolescent refusal to cooperate threatens the security of all Americans. That much was made clear March 27 when Arizona rancher Rob Krentz and his dog were shot to death by someone crossing the border illegally. The murderer then escaped in a pronghorn antelope protection area that the Interior Department placed off limits to Border Patrol agents. Krentz had repeatedly complained that illegals were threatening his family, stealing and destroying his property, and even sabotaging his ranch's water supply. Something's very wrong when law-abiding, tax-paying citizens like Krentz have to live in constant fear and get less protection from their own government than desert pronghorns.

The Campo Minutemen reports they have removed another 1595 pounds of litter from Public Lands on the border , as of April 17. 2010 and a total of more than 47,600 pounds since starting the litter removal program.
But the degradation of our habitat reaches across the USA by this invasion.

A marijuana site cleanup took place on the Shasta Lake District of the Shasta-Trinity National Forest (STNF) on April 7, 2010. Forest personnel worked throughout the day to clean up litter from abandoned Drug Trafficking Organization (DTO) marijuana sites.

A helicopter was used to transport large amounts of trash, hose, propane tanks, insecticides and other waste from the marijuana sites to then be properly disposed of.

“The forest is conducting these procedures to ensure the safety of forest visitors and agency employees,” STNF Patrol Captain Chad Krogstad said.

In the past six months STNF personnel have initiated and completed clean up on two DTO sites on the Mount Shasta Ranger District and three sites on the Shasta Lake Ranger District. Some of the garbage has been packed out on foot, hauled away in vehicles, and flown out of remote sites by helicopters. At one site personnel collected around 300 pounds of trash, four miles of hose, three propane tanks and one gallon of insecticide.

Illegal marijuana cultivation poses a public safety risk and directly harms the environment. The illegal use of pesticides can cause extensive long-term damage to natural resources. The use of herbicides, pesticides and rodenticides can cause extensive and long-term damage to ecosystems and impact public drinking water for hundreds of miles. Timber and vegetation are destroyed, much needed water is diverted from watersheds, streams, lakes, and public drinking water supplies, and fish and wildlife habitat are destroyed.

“The Forest Service will continue to work with our partners at the federal, state and local levels to address the use of public lands to grow marijuana illegally,” Kristy Cottini, STNF Shasta Lake District Ranger, said. “This is something we take very seriously that can have negative effects on fish and wildlife habitats, as well as other legitimate uses of National Forest system lands.”
Be careful out there, especially when you’re hiking cross-country near year-round streams.

Grumbling continues; arrests of undocumented aliens in Arizona condemned

(Notimex) Angelica Salas, executive director of the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights of Los Angeles (CHIRLA), condemned the recent raids against immigrants carried out in Arizona. In a position statement regarding the raids that occurred in the state, she considers the actions contrary to the immigration reform that President Barack Obama backs. She accused the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement of operating behind the back of the Department of Homeland Security, whose leader, Janet Napolitano, has insisted that immigration matters should be basically federal. She alleges that the raids that terrorize immigrants and affect local businesses are carried out at the request of Sheriff Arpaio who “hides behind the police badge in order to advance agendas not related to security.” Salas asked the Arizona government to cancel legislation, known as SB1070, that permits collaboration between local and federal agents to pursue illegal immigrants and apply severe penalties. The “pretext” in applying such a law, she said, is supposedly that the illegal immigrants are very dangerous and generate public insecurity, but in reality they are people who work and contribute to the local economy.

WE ARE ALL AMERICANS - History repeats itself

HotAir reports on the Tea Party Rallies held all over the nation, yesterday April 15th, 2010 and about an NBC interview with a Black American.

O’DONNELL, TO MAN: There aren’t a lot of African-American men at these events.

O’DONNELL: Have you ever felt uncomfortable?

POSTELL: No, no, these are my people, Americans.

Be sure to read both posts, especially Newsbusters, which has more from ABC’s coverage. Surprisingly — well, not really — CBS didn’t bother to report on it last night at all.

Video: “These are my people …”

I am reminded of another 'minority' American who tried to set the record and the mood of the nation straight.

From the book, "JESUS WEPT" an American Story

General Ely S. Parker, a member of the Seneca tribe,
drew up the articles of surrender which General Robert E. Lee
signed at Appomattox Court House on April 9, 1865.
Gen. Parker, who served as Gen. Ulysses S. Grant’s
military secretary was an educated attorney who was once
rejected for Union military service because of his race.
At the meeting, Gen. Lee was at first taken aback
at the presence of an Indian being in such a position.
After he got to know Parker,
Lee is said to have remarked to him,
“I am glad to see one real American here.”
Parker replied, “We are all Americans.”

Mark Levin made a point today on his radio show that should be thought about!

The Obama administration has been dictating to Israel where they should build settlements for their citizens...on their land by the way. Levin wondered what Hillary might say if an ambassador from Israel told US to stop building in Texas...because it used to belong to MEXICO (as far as the Mexicans are concerned). But as Mark said, it's best NOT to give her or Obama any ideas!

Michelle Obama Declares it Safe to Travel to Mexico - NOT SATIRE

Here is video of First Lady Michelle Obama in an interview from Mexico City, where she declared it to be safe to travel to Mexico. She said she would encourage Americans to come to Mexico.

This despite the fact that 23,000 people have been killed in drug violence in Mexico in the last three years.

I declare Mexico "Vacation Safe!"

Yes, that MEXICO is such a lovely place, Michelle...SHEEESH!

El Debate (Sinaloa) 4/13/10 Official death count

According to official figures, violence linked to organized crime in Mexico has left more than 22,700 dead since December, 2006, when President Felipe Calderon launched the offensive against the drug cartels. In a confidential report delivered to legislators, the Calderon government advised that only between January and March, 2010, a total of 3,365 assassinations have been reported and that 2009 has been the most violent year, with 9,635 such murders. The northern border state of Chihuahua has been the most affected, having reported 6,757 assassinations since December, 2006, with its border city of Juarez contributing 4,324 of those. Other border areas, mainly Tamaulipas state, have reported increasing violence in the past few weeks. The detailed report can be accessed at: Foreign News Report

We have an exciting candidate for Attorney General that should get your notice.

John Eastman has spent a lifetime fighting for the values that define conservatism and the rule of law. After four years of Jerry Brown, I can think of no one I would rather have as Attorney General than John Eastman.” Tom McClintock Member of Congress

On the issues:

Illegal Immigration

One of the primary causes of overcrowding in our state prisons is the tens of thousands of illegal immigrants housed in state prisons. These are criminals who already violated the law by entering California illegally, and then further committed crimes serious enough to warrant time in state prison. Their mere presence in California prisons is a reflection of the federal government’s failure to control our borders. John will press, and if necessary, sue the federal government to make then pay California back for the billions we spend incarcerating illegal immigrant prisoners.

Great interview about immigration with Terry Anderson & Dr. Eastman HERE.

Economic Freedom, Property Rights & Lawsuit Abuse

John Eastman believes the law, properly applied, can be a force for getting California’s economy back on track. Frivolous lawsuits clog our courts, cost legitimate businesses billions of dollars, and make the cost of hiring new employees a risky proposition. John has defended small businesses against burdensome government regulation, churches against abusive zoning and eminent domain condemnation efforts, and land owners against expansive and unconstitutional interpretations of environmental laws.

Please check him out!

STUFF & News YOU missed!

Mexico's war is here!

The TV Media hasn't even reported this incident yet!

AP Reports Bomb Has Damaged US Consulate in Mexico

Sat. The AP is reporting that a bomb has been thrown over the wall of the US consulate in Nuevo Laredo on Saturday. Nuevo Laredo is a border city in Mexico. At the time of this writing, there are no injuries.
Sunday Update: We understand the Consulate in Nuevo Loredo has been closed.

"First Lady Michelle Obama is scheduled to visit Mexico City on April 13th through 15th.

It's not clear if or how the attack would alter those plans."

Mexican Cartels Using IEDs

[snip]AUSTIN - The Mexican military seized improvised explosive devices just miles from the Valley. The IEDs (or roadside bombs) are the same weapons terrorists use in the Middle East.

The homemade explosives can be sophisticated or crude. They're often deadly. They've killed troops in Iraq and Afghanistan.

CHANNEL 5 NEWS learned the weapons are also in the hands of the drug cartels in Mexico.

On March 30, more than 50 cartel members attacked the Mexican military in Matamoros and Reynosa. Eighteen people died.

Soldiers seized 50 rifles, 60 hand grenades, and eight IEDs.

"The seizure of the IEDs is definitely worrisome," says a Latin American tactical analyst for STRATFOR, a private intelligence agency.

On the ‘View’: Meghan McCain Blasts Tea Parties
Sen. John McCain’s daughter says the movement is filled with “innate racism.”

Does ANYONE think Meghan isn’t doing her father’s bidding???

Now remember kiddies, it's NOT AMNESTY, it's 'legalization'... so it's just dandy!

Same result...20 million democrat/socialist voting foreigners get to stay...but it's NOT amnesty. We learned yesterday that Lindsey Graham & Chuck Schumer will introduce 'immigration reform' in the Senate any day.

Image Hosted by

John McCain, of course, now says this is NOT Amnesty, that he has NEVER wanted Amnesty and now wants to build a fence! But his own words refute that one!

[snip]A day earlier, in Milwaukee, in front of an audience of more sympathetic businessmen, McCain had been asked how debate over the immigration bill was playing politically. “In the short term, it probably galvanizes our base,” he said. “In the long term, if you alienate the Hispanics, you’ll pay a heavy price.” Then he added, unable to help himself, “By the way, I think the fence is least effective. But I’ll build the goddamned fence if they want it.”

* May 29, 2003 interview: McCain: “Amnesty has to be an important part because there are people who have lived in this country for 20, 30 or 40 years, who have raised children here and pay taxes here and are not citizens.“

* Dec. 15, 2000 press release: McCain: ”I support the Latino and Immigrant Fairness Act (LIFA). Negotiations between the White House and the leadership, which endorsed more limited immigration reform, have resulted in a compromise.... this bill makes meaningful but insufficient progress on amnesty for those wrongly denied it.“

McCain actually said this just a few days ago.

“President Reagan granted amnesty to two million people and that was wrong,” McCain said.

Given that McCain has spent the last ten years running for president, with more time in Iowa & N.H. than Arizona, I thought it would be interesting to see just how often 'the maverick' bothers to show up for Senate votes.

Well, guess what, as bad as Obama was, McCain was even worse.

[snip]Sen. John McCain (AZ) -- the only current Republican presidential candidate who is a sitting U.S. senator -- has missed more votes than any other senator since Congress convened in January, with the exception of Sen. Tim Johnson (D-SD), who spent months recuperating from a brain hemorrhage. According to's U.S. Congress Votes Database, Obama has missed 74 out of 93 roll-call votes (79.6%) since the end of the August congressional recess.

McCain has missed 63 out of 93 roll-call votes (67.8%) since the end of the August congressional recess. But for the entire year, McCain has missed 79 more votes than Obama; since January, McCain has missed 212 out of 403 (52.6%) roll-call votes in the 110th Congress, while Obama has missed 133 out of 403 (33.0%) roll-call votes.

see it here:

— June 29, 2008 — Sen. John McCain (R-AZ) became the most absent member of the Senate. According to the Washington Post's votes database, McCain has "missed 367 votes (61.4%) during the current Congress." In fact, CQ reports today that McCain hasn't voted in the Senate since April 8.

On the other hand, J.D. Hayworth missed only 1% of his votes in congress.

John Hayworth missed 95 (1%) of 7,172 roll call votes between Jan 4, 1995 and Dec 9, 2006.

The absentee rate is in red. The two thin black lines provide a context for understanding the significance of the absentee rate. The lower dotted line shows the median value for all Members of Congress in that time period. The upper dotted line shows the 90th percentile. A Member who approaches the upper dotted line is in the worst 10 percent of Congress.

AND another tidbit this week....

Somalis with terrorist links feared headed to U.S. border

[snip]”Somalis with ties to a terrorist organization are believed to be plotting to illegally enter the United States after being mistakenly released from custody in Mexico, a confidential federal law enforcement report said.” SNIPPET: “Included in the group is Mohamed Osman Noor, 35, of Somalia, who U.S. officials suspect has strong ties to Al-Shabaab Mujahideen, an Islamist insurgency group in the ongoing war in Somalia with ties to al Qaeda. The report was written by an intelligence official with the Laredo Sector Border Intelligence Center, a joint federal task force under the Department of Homeland Security

BLAST FROM THE PAST: (More about McCain's gambling/mob ties)

Arizona (which borders Nevada) has long had a serious mob presence, with many mafia men retiring there. In 1995, McCain sent birthday regards, and regrets for not attending, to Joseph "Joe Bananas" Bonanno, the "boss of bosses" and head of New York's Bonanno crime family (one of the big 5 families), who had retired to Arizona. Another politician to send regrets was Governor Fife Symington, who has since been kicked out of office and convicted of 7 felonies relating to fraud and extortion. --
