Donald, your slogan should be, "USA law TRUMPS illegal alien crime!"

It is a RELIEF to see someone finally standing up for the THOUSANDS of families who have been robbed of the lives and pleasure of their own loved ones who have been killed by illegal aliens.  This is a group that our PC news and politicians have ignored for their own pocketbooks for too long!

Last night he was in Los Angeles, with a full score of paid opposition protesters and plenty of UNPAID patriot citizens.   Today he's going into the lion's den with Joe Arpaio in Phoenix, AZ...where the old fool John McCain says no one wants him....surprise, McLame....he's sold out for tickets!   And Lindsey Graham says the Donald is destroying 'his party'....and I say, ABOUT DAMN TIME!    Thank you Donald Trump for allowing these fine Americans to speak their pain!  "

“I believe in what he’s saying, he’s trying to fix the borders and do all the things people should have done a long time ago,” Anita Shaw said, according to the website.  Jamiel Shaw Jr.’s father told FoxNews.com that Trump’s comments about immigrants made him “happy for the first time.”
“When that happened, I felt good. I felt hope,” Jamiel Shaw Sr. said, Fox News reported."

Standing with Jamiel Shaw, Sabine Durdin, Don Rosenberg, Lupe Moreno, Brenda Sparks, Robin Hvidston & their spouses.
"During Friday's event, five people who said their loved ones were killed by undocumented immigrants stood with Trump.
They held up pictures with details of their deceased family members, saying the United States' immigration system allowed the assailants to enter the country illegally, and then got away with little to no jail time.
“All I was hearing was ‘Well, these people work, they contribute, they have to take their kids to school,’” said Don Rosenberg, whose son was fatally hit by a car driven by an undocumented immigrant.
“Like that was a reason that it was okay that they killed people.”
The family members standing with Trump said that he was the only presidential candidate speaking out against illegal immigration.
“All Republicans that are running for office right now, they were going to bamboozle us, because they wanted us to think that they were going to enforce the border,” said Jamiel Shaw, whose son was shot to death by an undocumented immigrant.
“As soon as Mr. Trump started speaking, you see how all of them were trying to criticize him. That means they were going to do nothing.”
Listen to the heartfelt Trump as he met with the victims!  Until he met with these folks, he didn't know just how bad it is!   EVERY AMERICAN NEEDS TO SEE THIS!   https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bsokVoqSOA8
Don't miss this great interview with our friend,  Mr. Jamiel Shaw Sr!

Black Father Who Lost Son to Illegal Killer: Trump Brought Us Fresh Air, Trump Brought Us Hope

Even Rand Paul seems to finally 'get it' in his latest message to voters:
"I'm ready to play hardball.  (we shall see, Mr. Paul!)
Rogue American cities like San Francisco, New York, and Chicago -- who REFUSE to enforce federal immigration laws -- can change their ways. Or they'll pay the consequences.   On Fox News' On the Record, I announced I will introduce legislation this week to cut off ALL federal taxpayer funding for so-called "sanctuary cities" -- until they start abiding by federal law.
Will you please fill out your "Enforce Immigration Law" petition IMMEDIATELY?

For taking this stand, I know I'm going to be attacked like never before.   But I think it's high time someone did something!

The truth is, for years politicians in BOTH parties have promised you and me secure borders.   But all we have to show for those promises is sheer lawlessness.

This President has time and again sought to go around Congress with illegal and unconstitutional executive actions regarding immigration.

These so-called "sanctuary cities" prohibit the use of funds to enforce federal immigration law, usually banning officers from even asking about a person's immigration status.   These cities become magnets for illegal immigrant criminals and gang members who have been deported multiple times, but know they're safe if they can just stay within a city's borders.

This can't be allowed to stand.  Not when we know terrorist organizations are looking at our porous southern border as a way to gain entry into the United States.  Not if we are to save the concept of rule by law.

My bill would end all federal taxpayer funding for these cities until they start ENFORCING federal immigration law.  I know these cities will shriek and moan that there shouldn't be any strings attached to all of your tax dollars.

They'll say they're entitled to pick and choose what laws they recognize.  And you can bet our national media will be on their side, and come after me with everything they have.

PSST!!! Need MORE proof that our legal immigration system is in BAD SHAPE!   A Muslim comes in here and destroys our medical system!

Muslim doctor in Detroit pleads guilty in $91 million medicare fraud

According to the complaint, Fata employed hundreds of foreign doctors–most of them Muslims and Arabs–and did not even know if they were licensed to practice medicine. He had those foreign doctors administer the lethal chemotherapy to hundreds of patients per day who did not need it. Many of those foreign doctors are probably not even in the United States legally. (More of those Paul Ryan and Marco Boob-io want to get “out of the shadows” with instant amnesty citizenship. Fabulous!) Some of the surviving family members of Dr. Fata’s patients believe he murdered them, and they are probably right. If you don’t have cancer, and you are given chemo, it’s poisonous and can be fatal. Fata’s had thousands of patients through the many offices of his Michigan Hematology Oncology P.C. company, which employed mostly Muslim and Arab doctors even among those who are licensed to practice medicine here.

A good time to take a look at this page!

Arizona stands up for America & the Heroes who did it

MAJOR AWARD! HEROES!

Governor Jan Brewer was in tune with the voters and signed the first bill in the USA by any state to enforce the law and try to do something about the invasion of her state for foreign national law breaking aliens.

Arizona State Senator Russell Pearce deserves the credit for crafting this bill and getting it through his state legislature.

Last night CBS did it's usual politically correct take on these events, but did inject this very important item.

Meet Steve Montenegro, himself an immigrant from El Salvador and now a member of the Arizona State Legislature. Here is a promising rising star that the GOP needs to promote!
Regarding the phony charge that all 'latinos' will be targets of this law.......http://api.ning.com/files/DSNyWuQQxAplpdDeGv5i5ZY80oTLtLYf4jOeIbjthEU_/stevem.jpg

He shouldn't worry says Steve Montenegro, himself an immigrant from El Salvador and now a member of the State Legislature. Montenegro voted for the controversial immigration law which he says opponents are distorting.

"That it is a race issue, anti-Hispanic and anti-immigrant bill," Montenegro said. "It couldn't be farther from the truth."

What the bill does he says is give police another tool to fight crime that comes with the flood across the border.

"It's going crazy here," Montenegro said. "And the federal government time and again failed tremendously to protect its citizens and secure the border."

Last, but certainly not least is Arizona Rancher Bob Krentz, who recently lost his life on his own land to the hands of an illegal alien. It all changed when he died, people started caring and took action. Arizona took action.

The media didn’t talk much about his murder, but for some reason this time more citizens noticed. Too bad they didn’t notice sooner. And if and when some of the sleeping public, most who think there is an actual guarded fence on our border, finds out how costly and dangerous this invasion is, they’re not going to be happy.

R.I.P. Bob Krentz. You served your country more than you’ll ever know.

A must read on this legislation is given to us by John Lott, the premier researcher on the 2nd Amendment.
Fears of Arizona's Immigration Law Are Bogus

The Squatter Support Squad is on full alert, trying to destroy this law, and it should be noted...contrary to their 'unconstitutional' claim......that the new Arizona law does indeed follow federal law!

Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)

State and local law enforcement officials have the general power to investigate and arrest violators of federal immigration statutes without prior INS knowledge or approval, as long as they are authorized to do so by state law. There is no extant federal limitation on this authority. The 1996 immigration control legislation passed by Congress was intended to encourage states and local agencies to participate in the process of enforcing federal immigration laws. Immigration officers and local law enforcement officers may detain an individual for a brief warrantless interrogation where circumstances create a reasonable suspicion that the individual is illegally present in the U.S. Specific facts constituting a reasonable suspicion include evasive, nervous, or erratic behavior; dress or speech indicating foreign citizenship; and presence in an area known to contain a concentration of illegal aliens.

Wisdom in History ---Immigration --Barbara Jordan

Barbara Jordan was an eloquent, outspoken legislator, and it's a shame congress did NOT take her recommendations.

Testimony of Barbara Jordan
Chair, U.S. Commission on Immigration Reform
Before the U.S. House of Representatives
Committee on Appropriations
Subcommittee on Appropriations for the Departments of
Commerce, Justice, State, the Judiciary and Related Agencies
March 29, 1995

Mr. Chairman, members of the subcommittee, thank you for providing this opportunity to testify today. I am Barbara Jordan, the Chair of the Commission on Immigration Reform.
(snip)
The Commission on Immigration Reform was created by the Immigration Act of 1990. We are a fully bipartisan body. In addition to the Chair, we have eight members who were appointed by the majority and minority leadership in each house of Congress.

The Commission's 1994 report to Congress was entitled U.S. Immigration Policy: Restoring Credibility. The title is telling of our recommendations. The Commission believes it is essential to control illegal immigration if we are to have a credible immigration policy. We believe legal immigration is in the national interest, but see illegal immigration as a threat both to our long tradition of immigration and to our commitment to the rule of law.

The Commission recommends a comprehensive, seven-point strategy to restore credibility. Let me tell you that the strategy is neither cheap nor painless. There are no quick fixes to our immigration problems; there are no inexpensive solutions. For too long we have neglected immigration as a public policy issue and now must pay for the consequences.

Four points in our report call for special attention. First, we need improved border management. The Commission calls for a strategy of prevention of illegal entry and facilitation of legal ones in the national interest. The concept is simpler, of course, than its achievement. The Commission was highly impressed with the border operations in El Paso that aim to prevent illegal entry. It is far better to deter illegal immigration than to play the cat and mouse game that results from apprehensions followed by return followed by re-entry. To accomplish a true deterrence strategy will require additional personnel as well as a strategic use of technology and equipment. We will also require new measures of effectiveness because apprehensions alone cannot measure success in preventing illegal entries. Our goal should be zero apprehensions-not because aliens get past the Border Patrol but because they are prevented entry in the first place.

While we tighten our control over illegal entry, we must also reduce the long waiting times at our ports of entry. It is ridiculous that people with legitimate border crossing cards feel it is more convenient to cross illegally than go through our ports of entry. But that is the case. Our own delegation waited for one and one-half hours to cross from Juarez into El Paso-and this wasn't even at rush hour. In an age of NAFTA, we must do a better job of handling the legitimate border travel. The Commission supports the development of a land border user fee whose resources would be used to open more lanes, add more inspectors and, if necessary, more ports of entry to speed this traffic.

Our second set of recommendations would reduce the magnet that jobs currently present for illegal immigration. We have concluded that illegal immigrants come primarily for employment. The Commission believes that we need to enhance our enforcement of both employer sanctions and labor standards. But, to make employer sanctions work, we must improve the means by which employers verify the work authorization of new employees. The Commission believes the most promising option is a computerized system for determining if a social security number is valid and has been issued to someone authorized to work in the United States. We are pleased that the Administration has endorsed our recommendations in this area, and we look forward to working with INS and the Social Security Administration on the design of pilot programs that will phase in and test this new verification approach. I urge this committee to provide the funding needed to develop the computerized system and implement the pilot programs.

Third, the Commission urges greater consistency in our immigration and benefits policies. We believe that illegal aliens should be eligible for no public benefits other than those of an emergency nature, in the public health and safety interest, and constitutionally protected. On the other hand, we urge the Congress to retain for legal immigrants eligibility for our safety net programs. The United States screens legal immigrants to determine if they will become public charges, but unforeseen circumstances-deaths, illnesses-occur. The Commission does not want to see individuals whom we have invited to enter become vulnerable when such situations arise. On the other hand, the Commission strongly supports efforts to make our public charge provisions work. We do not want the U.S. taxpayer to bear a burden when there is a sponsor in this country who has pledged to provide support for an immigrant. The affidavits of support signed by sponsors should be legally binding, and the provisions for deportation of those who do become a public charge-for reasons known prior to entry-should be strengthened.

The Commission also made recommendations regarding impact aid for states and localities experiencing the fiscal effects of illegal immigration. We believe the federal government has a responsibility in this area. The first responsibility is to control illegal entries; the second is to help states and localities with their fiscal problems. However, we are skeptical of some of the data used to calculate these fiscal impacts. At present, the Commission believes that the data to support reimbursement of criminal justice costs are sound and we urge immediate reimbursement of these costs. We are not prepared to make such a recommendation regarding medical and education costs. We also urge that any impact aid provided require appropriate cooperation by states and localities in the enforcement of immigration policy.

Our fourth area concerns the removal of criminal aliens. The Commission supports enhancement of the Institutional Hearing Program that permits the federal government to obtain a deportation order while criminal aliens are still serving their sentences. Once the sentence is over, it is far easier and less expensive to remove the alien after an IHP proceeding. The Commission also recommends further negotiation of bilateral treaties that will permit deportation of criminal aliens to serve their sentences in their home countries.

We are also looking at naturalization and the civic integration of newcomers to the United States. I, for one, would like to see all eligible immigrants become U.S. citizens-and become citizens for the right reasons, not to receive some federal benefit but to be fully participating members of our polity. Right now, there are too many barriers to naturalization. In some districts, it can take two years to complete the process. We plan to have recommendations to improve this situation.
