Oregon USED to be a great state. It was safe, peaceful, beautiful. Life made sense, the laws were enforced. But now, it's home to and being run by every stripe and color of liberal/socialist fool that has crept in here, legally and illegally.
Now if your property is 'tagged' (GRAFITTI) you, the victim, have 10 days to clean it up or be fined...Yes, you read that right...the victim gets fined!
So what is the answer, other than ENFORCE THE LAW? A bunch of do gooders without a clue of WHY this is even happening start a little 'clean up group'. I commended them for their efforts, but when they were given proof of WHY this is happening, they pulled the race card and insisted this is local white boys causing the trouble....They simply could not, WOULD not see the difference in LEGAL immigration and illegal squatters! It is SO STRANGE to me how people of Latino descent will identify with and defend lawbreaking invaders. It's stunning! These folks have gone public, even stating where they live! They will soon learn that these gangs will retaliate and they are sitting ducks...and it won't matter one bit, if you are Mexican or from the moon! Here is why I have a problem with this bill.
I am a
veteran and have protected these rights we have in America. Example: The
right of free speech, the right to assemble, the right to bear arms.
etc. But by being in the military , I did not go into a combat zone so
you would HAVE to be registered to vote and would have to opt out. I
always protected your rights, but I also thought we were there to give
you the freedom to choose if you wanted to vote or not to vote! This is
the REAL freedom, CHOICE ! .

Flashing suspect arrested near elementary school March 09, 2011 5:50 PM Whitney Clark/KTVL News
MEDFORD, Ore. -- A man was arrested Wednesday afternoon for exposing his genitals, just steps away from Washington Elementary in Medford.
Police caught the suspected flasher, 19-year-old Sergio Cortes Gomez, on his bike. They recieved calls from parents of the school, who said he was exposing himself in an alleyway.
Although it didn't take long for police to track him down, they had problems communicating with him.
"It appears that he's deaf," said Sgt. Phil Eastman with the Medford Police Department.
Gomez was handcuffed outside of the Peach Street Market & Deli, on the corner of Peach street and 13th Street.
"It's disappointing," said Leslie McKenzie, who was working at the market when Gomez was arrested. "I would think people could behave themselves around children. But unfortunately that's just not the case."
Police said Gomez lives in the neighborhood where he was arrested. McKenzie said he often comes into the store.
"He wears a hearing aid," she said. "He doesn't speak English at all, only speaks Spanish but does best with sign language."
Gomez was issued a citation and was released. He will soon have to appear in court.
"We take this very seriously," said Sgt. Eastman. "Especially when it's in front of an elementary school." (STUPID! STUPID! STUPID!)
