Biden contradicts himself within days. The democrats have lost all reason.

A few days ago when Biden was asked if he has been tested for cognitive loss. 

“I’ve been tested and I’m constantly tested,” Biden said. “Look, all you gotta do is watch me, and I can hardly 

wait to compare my cognitive capability to the cognitive capability of the man I’m running against.”

And two days ago:  "No, I haven't taken a test.  Why the hell would I take a test?... Huh? Are you a junkie?''

Just to top that off, yesterday he talked about China:

Joe Biden explains how he’s going to take on China:

“The way China will respond is when we gather the rest of the world that in fact [unintelligible] in in fr- in in in in open trade and making sure that we’re in a position that the world uh that that we deal with WHO the right way that in fact, that’s when things begin to change."................
