We are saddened by the sudden death of Judge Scalia and dread the fight ahead.    How Ted Cruz thinks he'll ever take the high ground on this one is unclear since he is FRIENDS (shades of John Roberts!)   with Obama's first pick,   Srikanth Srinivasan and your GOP senate ALL voted for him.
 
Ted Cruz voted to confirm Obama’s favorite for Scotus, Srikanth Srinivasan to another court.

Cruz, who clerked with Srinivasan at the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals, quipped, “I am hopeful that our friendship will not be seen as a strike against you by some.”

Ted Cruz just went through one lie after another about Donald Trump on ABC Sunday morning . He said the ONLY person Trump has recommended for the court is his siste.  Another out and  out LIE. Last night, during the debate, standing next to Cruz, Trump named two good conservative judges, Judge Diane S. Sykes and Judge Bill Pryor and has NEVER said he'd pick his sister because it would be a conflict of interest and she's in her 80's!

Cruz has a problem with the truth.

Headline:   Teens charged in gruesome killing entered U.S. as 'Kids'

Two Central American teens charged in the recent execution-style killing of a Massachusetts man came to the U.S. as unaccompanied alien children or UACs under President Obama’s “open-border free-for-all,” according to a Judicial Watch report.
The two 17-year-old boys also have ties to the notorious MS-13 gang, according to the Boston Herald.

Upward of 130,000 women and children from El Salvador, Guatemala and Honduras have poured across the U.S.-Mexico border since the summer of 2014 and the administration has distributed them into communities nationwide with the help of the Catholic, Lutheran, Baptist and various evangelical churches.

WND reported Wednesday that a new study by a Catholic organization found that nearly 80 percent of those coming from Honduras were not fleeing violence but merely seeking economic opportunities.

Breaking: RNC Withdraws Fundraiser Raising Money Off Trump After “The Donald” Calls Them Out

The RNC has withdrawn a fundraising pitch that attempted to raise money off support of GOP Presidential candidate Donald Trump.
The RNC told people they could get on “Trump’s list” and show him they support him before tonight’s debate.
“The RNC, which is probably not on my side, just illegally put out a fundraising notice saying Donald Trump wants you to contribute to the RNC.,” Trump said. “Get on Trump’s List” is totally unauthorized, do not pay! I am self funding my campaign! Notice has just been withdrawn.”

I supported the invasion into Afghanistan, but Iraq was just wrong and Trump is right.
 Bush isn’t the only ‘conservative’ who fooled most of us.
Something a few of us tried to discuss back then was the FACT that George Bush was using the National guard as his invasion force and put them on several tours of duty in Iraq. This is NOT what the guard is for! It destroyed these young people.
 Ever wonder why Bush was so pro illegal alien/Cheap foreign labor?
 IF he kept plenty of aliens here to do work, our kids had no choice but enlist in his military!
