Paul Ryan ranks number 179 out of 247 with a rating of 57%. He votes nearly as often with the Dems.   Greg Walden..he's the one running NRCC who is selling #Trump gear to promote THEIR candidates!

It's going to be hard for the Republicans to field a presidential candidate as enthusiastic about the H-1B visa as U.S. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-Texas).
Cruz, who announced his presidential bid this morning, once proposed an immediate increase in the base H-1B cap from 65,000 to 325,000. Cruz offered the H-1B increase as an amendment in 2013 to the Senate's comprehensive immigration bill.
Cruz's amendment was defeated by the Senate's Judiciary Committee, which approved an 180,000 H-1B cap increase in the comprehensive immigration bill. The House never acted on this legislation.
Cruz's H-1B amendment, however, proposed increasing H-1B fees from $1,500 to $2,500 for those with 25 employees or more. The money would be used to create block grants to promote STEM (science, technology, engineering, math) education.

Cruz is all over the media today saying ‪Trump‬ won't be the nominee. You Cruz fans better figure out fast that he is NOT going to be fair to Trump and he is just another lawyer con man. He is financed by Club 4 Growth/Kochs/all the open border/TPP hacks! The facts are there, stop ignoring them! Cruz was Bush' s immigration policy adviser..remember that???

Fast Track would prohibit Congress from amending trade deals, limiting it to a strict up or down vote on passage. The White House argues the legislation is needed to strengthen its hand in future trade negotiations. Without it, they cannot assure foreign leaders that any deal they strike won't be picked apart by Congress.

The three most absent for votes senators this year are Rubio, Ted Cruz and Lindsey Graham, all of whom are running for president. I remember in 2008 race, it was Obama and McCain fighting it out for 1st place absenteeism in the Senate. Duncan Hunter had the grace to not run for his congressional seat while he ran for president and resigned it.  The rest, we PAY while they run! ENOUGH!
