I'm not a great fan of Patriot Prayer but FINALLY a judge called this BS type prosecution against ALL of us on the right just what it is.  BULL $#!T !!!

THIS could be a turning point.  This was a judge appointed by Leftie Kate "the commie" Brown!  I hope he doesn't get fired for it.

A Multnomah County circuit judge has dropped charges against Joey Gibson, the founder of Patriot Prayer, and Russell Schultz for their role in a 2019 street brawl outside a cider bar in Northeast Portland. A trial in the case of a third defendant, Mackenzie Lewis, will continue.

Judge Benjamin Souede threw out the charges in court this morning, saying that prosecutors had failed to demonstrate that Gibson and Russell Schultz had engaged in “tumultuous and violent conduct,” one of the requirements for conviction on riot charges.

“The state is trying to convict Mr. Schultz for being present at an incident that violence occurred, and they can not do so,” Souede said.

“I am somewhat bewildered that the state has driven this case to this point,” he added, placing blame on the Multnomah County District Attorney’s Office.

The three defendants, along with three other men, were arrested for “taunting and physically threatening” anti-fascists at the Cider Riot bar on May Day. They were charged with felony riot.

The melee was caught on film. Two of the other men pleaded guilty, and a third was sentenced to prison for assault in an unrelated incident.

Patriot Prayer is a right-wing group based in Vancouver, Wash. that has repeatedly clashed with anti-fascist protesters in violent street battles in Portland and across the West Coast.

The only thing holding law and order together in this country is a handful of constitutional judges, many appointed by Trump.

Ridiculous overkill in raid of retired Texas couple outside Capitol on January 6

An account was published Sunday in the San Marcos Record of a massive late June raid on a couple in rural Hays County, Texas that resulted in no arrest. The scale of forces deployed and the tactics used seem designed to intimidate and punish, especially considering the fact that the couple never entered the US Capitol on June 6, and were guilty only of being Trump supporters who were peacefully demonstrating.  

Lora DeWolfe and Darrel Kennemer were startled when FBI agents, during the pre-dawn hours on June 22, broke through their gate leading up to their home which sits on seven acres in rural Hays County. (snip)

Kennemer, concerned, sprung out of bed, grabbed his AR-15 and stepped onto the porch wearing only his briefs.

The couple watched as several other vehicles, estimated between 20-30, poured onto the property, including one armored vehicle with a battering ram.

FBI agents demanded Kennemer “drop his rifle” as they exited the approaching vehicle. Kennemer responded asking if officials had a warrant, and to show him.

Agents instead began tossing a series of flashbang grenades at the 67-year-old after which Kennemer realized a group of targeting lasers on him that forced him to lay down his weapon.

The couple was placed into handcuffs, taken away from their house, and questioned while their home was being searched.

All present I would say upwards of 100 agents, at an astronomical cost to the taxpayer, were on site,” Kennemer said. “The warrant wasn’t even a ‘no knock’ warrant. It could have been served with a simple knock on our door during daylight hours.”

During this time, a plane was circling the property as well as drones, according to DeWolfe.

We lived the battle of getting Duncan Hunters Secure Fence Act passed.  IT IS LAW! * Anyone refusing to fund it is guilty of obstruction of justice and they must be charged with it by the public at every turn!  People don't know this has been law for 13 years and EVERYONE has refused to fund it.  The last two years is in the lap of Paul Ryan, who did exactly what he was put in office to do….make sure the Republicans never secure the border.  And now he's gonna quit to do what?   Likely he will lobby for private prisons to hold illegal aliens, just like he always has.  That's how this nonsense works! 

They are preventing the top Law Enforcement officer in this country from doing his job and duty to protect the people of the United States…
YES, even when some are too dumb or corrupt to let him! It's not about the money or the lay offs.  It's about immigration…they've stalled 30 years doing anything about it and they intend to have their way if YOU let them.

Here is the crisis Democrats say doesn’t exist

One of the biggest lies told about immigration is that border security is anti-immigrant. Legal immigrants and American citizens alike—not to mention our brave law enforcement officers—are the victims of lawlessness at our Nation’s doorstep every single day.

Consider these stats. In just the past 2 years, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers arrested more than 260,000 criminals who exploited our broken immigration system. This list includes those charged with or convicted of nearly 100,000 assaults, 30,000 sex crimes, and 4,000 homicides.

That’s the debate at hand. One side thinks the murder of 4,000 people is a crisis that our Government is accountable for solving. The other says it’s a “manufactured” problem.

No one argues that border security will stop all crime in America. We need other steps—such as the criminal justice reform signed into law by President Donald J. Trump last month—to make our communities safer, as well. But there is no question that better border security will save lives. Pretending it won’t is Washington cynicism at its worst.

Americans can no longer afford for Congress to punt on this issue. The consequences of a broken immigration system aren’t going away on their own. For example, in just the past 6 weeks alone:

• A U.S. Border Patrol officer was assaulted by a criminal alien that crossed the border in Arizona.
   
• Two suspected MS-13 gang members from Honduras were arrested last week after they illegally entered the United States.
   
• A group of 306 Central Americans gave themselves up to Border Patrol agents in the Arizona desert, where smugglers often leave sick or abused migrants for dead after they cross the border illegally.
   
• Border Patrol officers arrested four narcotics smugglers in Texas—discovering more than 190 pounds of drugs.
   
• Border Patrol agents arrested two convicted sex offenders in Arizona, both convicted of crimes involving minors.

It’s much tougher than it should be to secure America’s borders. While the technology and manpower are all within reach, what seems beyond our grasp is the ability to act. Take last year’s legislation calling for construction of 854 miles of fence on our Southern border.
It’s all too obvious that America is under threat because its land borders are largely porous and unprotected. In response last year Congress passed, and the President signed into law, legislation calling for the construction of those 854 miles of border fencing along the U.S.-Mexico border. Despite this legislative mandate by the U.S. Congress, the Department of Homeland Security recently announced its intention to build only 370 miles of fencing along the border, not the 854 miles required by the legislation.
This directive, despite its clarity, appears to have been interpreted as a suggestion. It is not: it’s the law -- and the border fence must be built.
The Secure Fence Act requires that reinforced fencing and related infrastructure be installed along the most dangerous and problematic smuggling corridors along our Southern land border, which continue providing illegal immigrants, drug smugglers and potential terrorist access into the United States. As the original author of the measure’s fencing provision, I expected there to be some opposition to implementing strategic fencing along our land border with Mexico. I did not, however, expect one of the biggest obstacles to be the federal agency primarily responsible for protecting the American homeland, especially when border fencing has proven to be an effective enforcement tool with verifiable results.

Nothing was more important to me than watching TV all day long to enjoy seeing the man I worked so hard for sworn in.  I told EVERYONE...DO NOT DISTURB.  I turned off the phone.

 But NOOOO!  I don't indulge cable.  ABC, CBS, NBC, PBS all covered as little as possible.   There weren't the usual repeats because I LOOKED, because some liberal dip stick interrupted me just as the ceremony was finally being broadcast....  AND he drove from out of state BY GOD to do it!

That's how thoughtless, selfish, rude and just plain IGNORANT you libs are.  Well, I'm going to repeat much of that fine speech EVERY DAY, until somebody sees it!  There is NO bigotry or prejudice or hatred in that speech.  It was inclusive and generous, protective and fair to EVERY American, just as Donald Trump  was ALWAYS praised for being until he ran against the Clinton Machine and 'the new world order' of the Bushes.  AND YOU KNOW IT!

Instead of listening to paid talking heads who KNOW NOTHING repeat their BS, why don't some
of you who still have a grain of objectivity, actually LISTEN TO THIS MAN instead of making up what he says or thinks.
