Obama's disconnect....'community organizing' instead of real jobs

There are many reasons for the failures and disconnect from the public of the Obama administration....TOO many lawyers is one....but the worst problem is his people have no experience in the real world you and I live in.

Neal Boortz puts it this way: "Barack Obama himself lacks any real private sector experience. We already knew that one. In fact, if you read Obama's books you will find that he referred to his brief stint working in the private sector as "working behind enemy lines." Isn't that just so special? The sector of our country where people work together in voluntary collusion Obama calls "the enemy.' Obama much prefers the sector that works through force and coercion.

Well, that's Obama; but what about his key advisors? What about his cabinet? Just take a look at this graph. Here you will see the private sector experience of key cabinet members dating back to Teddy Roosevelt. You will see that the average runs somewhere around 50%. This would mean that from the days of Roosevelt forward key presidential cabinet members had spent about 50% of their working lives in the private sector. But ... take a look at Obama's cabinet. The figure is about 8%. It's the lowest of any president.

Here is truly a man who has nothing but complete disdain for the private sector. It is, after all, the "enemy." Maybe this explains why Obama and his administration seem to believe that government is truly the answer to all of our problems."

Health Care Provisions Still Soft on Illegal Aliens

Conclusion from the Center for Immigration Studies Dec. 2009

Both the House and Senate health reform bills inequitably treat American citizens in relation to illegal aliens. The latter are all but guaranteed to obtain health benefits at taxpayer expense, possibly at costs into the hundreds of billions of dollars (paid for nearly exclusively by taxpaying Americans).

The few eligibility verification requirements that do exist in each bill fall well short of what would be needed to prevent illegal aliens from gaining access to taxpayer-funded health care on top of the emergency care they already receive. In addition to greatly expanding taxpayer liability and growing government’s role in the health sector of the U.S. economy, the legislation amounts to a reward for illegal aliens and another power boost to the magnet that draws illegal aliens.

Poll:71% Angry at Federal Government!(46% Very Angry!!)

Seventy-one percent (71%) of voters nationwide say they’re at least somewhat angry about the current policies of the federal government. That figure includes 46% who are Very Angry.

The latest Rasmussen Reports national telephone survey finds that only 27% are not angry about the government's policies, including 10% who are Not at All Angry........

The data suggests that the level of anger is growing. The 71% who are angry at federal government policies today is up five percentage points since September.

Even more stunning, the 46% who are Very Angry is up 10 percentage points from September.

Another spying scandal at Gitmo

A number of Arabic and Pashtu interpreters at the terror-war detention center at Guantanamo Bay are under active investigation for omitting valuable intelligence from their translations of detainee interrogations, among other security breaches. This could taint some of the evidence at the "9/11 trial" in New York and proceedings against other detainees.

Remarkably, the Pentagon never cleaned up the "mole infestation" at its highest-security facility after the FBI busted a Muslim spy ring at Gitmo in 2003.

The 2003 probe involved at least two Arabic interpreters with high-level security clearance. Senior Airman Ahmad al-Halabi, a Syrian native, and former Army linguist Ahmed Mehalba, an Egyptian native, were later convicted of stealing or mishandling classified documents.Favorite places to visit![snip]

A note from MIKE CUTLER, former INS agent about this:
"Today’s news article shows how interpreters, in acting as the eyes, ears and mouths of military, law enforcement and intelligence officers at Guantanamo have gained access to the terror suspects being confined at Guantanamo. The news report makes it clear that this access enables the interpreters to alter or eliminate certain responses that those in custody have given when questioned by our officials.

These duplicitous interpreters have also disrupted the interrogation process by passing information to the detainees at Gitmo and have provided them with advice on how to make allegations against their interrogators and otherwise undermine efforts aimed at punishing those who slaughtered three thousand innocent victims on September 11, 2001 and possibly thwart future terrorist attacks.

The well documented failures of USCIS (United States Citizenship and Immigration Services) to create a bureaucracy that provides appropriate immigration benefits to those aliens who are truly deserving and entitled to those benefits while identifying, investigating and denying the applications for benefits filed by aliens who are committing fraud and/or are involved in terrorist or criminal schemes that endanger the lives of our citizens and compromises the security of our nation, make it crystal clear that USCIS needs to be be made to function as more than a high-speed assembly line where its employees are praised for moving the applications quickly and where the integrity of the process is all but ignored, and in fact, is all too often seen as an impediment to apparent primary goal of clearing up backlogs of applications.Link

At USCIS it would certainly appear that those in charge of that inept and beleaguered agency are instructing their subordinates, “Damn the fraud and danger to national security, full speed ahead!”

  • 63% Say Political Correctness Kept Military From Preventing Ford Hood Massacre

Sixty-three percent (63%) of U.S. voters say political correctness prevented the military from responding to warning signs from Major Nidal Malik Hasan that could have prevented the Fort Hood shootings from taking place.

  • A message to my fellow legal immigrants: stop complaining and start accepting American culture
    The Collins Report ^ | November 29, 2009 | Cindra Crisman

Being a new immigrant myself, it is irking to witness other new immigrants- complaining about living in America. Seriously, with such unhappiness, why not just pack up and leave?

Learning from the History of America the early immigrants had their own obstacles to overcome and managed to idealize their own beliefs into the American way of living and their success inspired others to follow suits. However, the new Immigrants argued because the European origins of the early immigrants had no cultural barriers on the American landscape, which simplified their assimilation.

These “complainers” whine because European culture has become standard for America these new immigrant late arrivals complain of being placed at a disadvantage. This is nonsense.

European culture isn’t the only cultural value in America. Hardworking, family lives and religion beliefs always have a place. Europe is not the only place that cultivates determination and discipline to succeed. These are principals fundamentally esteemed by every one from every race in every place and are responsible for creating America. The immigration from every region of the world into America has integrated multiple cultures into our lives and created the American Culture.

The new Immigrants should value our American Culture as their own, for discrediting it only further eroding their own self esteems.[snip]
